*NEW HOPE*

SCRIPTURE: in this Life only we have Hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable -

*1 Corinthians 15:19*

*Hope is vital for Quality Living. A Life without Hope, would be very miserable.*

*Hope is Assurance, Expectation and desire that a Particular thing will happen.*

*Acts 3:5 says:* The Lame Man at the Beautiful Gate gave heed unto Paul and John, expecting to receive something of them. 

*Expectation is the Mother of Manifestation.*

His Expectation gave rise to his Healing. 

Job said all the days of my Appointed Time, will I wait till my Change - *Job 14:14*

Job was expecting a Change.

*It is necessary to state that everyone who is Hopeful can be Classified into two:*

*(1)* The Wicked - *Acts 12:1-4, Proverbs 10:28*

*(2)* The Righteous - *Proverbs 24:14*

*Usefulness of Hope:*

*(1)* It gives Strength to forge ahead during Challenging Times - *Job 6:11, Psalms 31:24*

*(2)* It gives Security - *Job 11:18*

*(3) )* It gives rest in times of Storms - *Mark 4:35; Psalms 16:9*

*(4)* It opens the done of Faith - *Hebrews 11:1*

*(5)* It gives Restoration -  *Job 14:7*

*Paul, the Apostle was teaching the Church at Corinth, that if only in this world we have Hope in Christ, we are most miserable.*

The Death and Resurrection of Jesus has given us Hope of Quality Living in this world and of resurrection after Death, Hope of Passage into Glory. 

This He called Blessed Hope later - *Titus 2:13*

*New Hope, therefore does the following:*

*(1)* It guarantees Quality Living in this world.

*(2)* It conquers death for us - *1 Corinthians 15:55*

The fear of death is gone. The grave has lost its Victory.

*(3)* The Hope of Eternity in Christ is Settled - *Revelations 21:4*

*Prayer:*

Father, my Life will not be miserable in this world, and my Eternity will be in Christ and not in crisis.
