*NO CONVICTION, NO CONVERSION*

SCRIPTURE: Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the Apostles, Men and Brethren, what shall we do? - *Acts 2:37*


On the day of Pentecost at the Upper Room, all the Disciples were filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. 


The unbelievers around heard them speaking in different languages and wondered what was happening. 


The Bible says, Peter stood up among them and Preached.


In our Anchor Bible Text above, when the People heard the Message Preached by Peter, they were pricked in their hearts and asked what shall we do. Then Peter said unto them, repent and be Baptised.


They heard the word and were convicted in their hearts and then they repented from their sins. 


The Bible says with the heart men believed unto riyghteousness - *Romans 10:10*.


*Conviction is of the heart and comes before Repentance.* 


*Where there is no Conviction, there is no Conversion.*


*Conviction is a work of the Holy Ghost - Therefore, for the Conversion of a Person, we need a Holy Ghost inspired Word from the Lord.*


Stubborn and disobedient children are better handled through Persistent Prayer and Fasting, to engage the Power of the Holy Spirit - *Mark 9:29*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please use me as a Vessel to convert "Stubborn Souls" unto Yourself.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father. Jacob also Struggled with Laban, his Uncle.
