*MAGNIFYING THE SINS OF OTHERS*

SCRIPTURE: Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are Spiritual, restore such an one in the Spirit of Meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted - *Galatians 6:1*


The Scribes and the Pharisees found a woman in the very act of adultery and brought her to Jesus. They reminded Jesus that the Law of Moses commanded them to stone her to death. And they requested for His opinion in order to tempt Him - *John 8:2-6*


Jesus replied saying he who is without sin should cast the first Stone. 


The Bible says, they all left without casting a Stone; they were all sinners. 


The Bible says, the Soul that sins shall die - *Ezekiel 18:4*


*The Scribes and the Pharisees closed their eyes to their sins and magnified the sins of others.*


*The danger in magnifying the sins of others is that it turns away the Mercy of God from you and brings upon you a Great Judgement.*


This was demonstrated when Nathan the Prophet came with a Proverb to David, to open up his adultery and murder case. 


David hastily gave a Judgement that the man in the Proverb must die. 


The Prophet said to him, 'you are the man.'


God has not made us the Judge of anyone. 


The Bible says, judge not that ye be not judged - *Matthew 7:1*


*Our responsibility is to restore a man overtaken in a fault, with the Spirit of Meekness.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me to stop magnifying the sins of others and start restoring everyone overtaken in a fault in Jesus Christ Name Amen.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father.
