*UNRECOGNISED RESOURCES THE BANE OF LACK*

SCRIPTURE: I will give you the Treasures of darkness And hidden Riches of Secret Places, That you may know that I, the Lord , Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel - *Isaiah 45:3*


*God is the Source of Good and Perfect Gifts and He has given unto us all things Pertaining to Life and Godliness.*


Unfortunately, we experience lack because of unrecognised resources around us. 


The Lord has Promised to give us Treasures of darkness and hidden Riches of Secret Places. 


This tells us that around us are Treasures and Riches that are hidden, which we need to discover. 


The Bible says it is the Glory of God to conceal a thing and the honour of kings to search out a matter - *Proverbs 25:2*


*We cannot break out and breakthrough in any facet of life unless we search out the hidden and unrecognised resources around us.* 


*God through Prayer can open our eyes to see the unrecognised resources around us.* 


Hagar was in a wilderness with her child, no food and no water, she dropped the child at a distance, so she wouldn't witness the death of her child. 


Thereafter, she lifted up her voice and wept, while the child was crying in Pain of no water and no food.


The Lord heard the cry of the child and opened Hagar's eyes to see a well of water nearby. 


God opened her eyes to see the unrecognised resources - *Genesis 21:14-19*


*We can also see unrecognised resources through the eyes of others.*


One of the wives of the sons of the Prophets whose husband was indebted before his death, came to Elisha to inform him that the creditor wanted to take her children as slaves. 


The instruction Elisha gave her, opened her eyes to the unrecognised resources around her. 


The oil in her house and the wonderful neighbours who were Destiny Helpers. 


When she tapped into the unrecognised resources, she Paid her debts and had enough to take care of her and her two sons. 

She experienced great turn around through the eyes of a Prophet - *2 kings 4:1-7*


*It is very important that we Pray that God gives us eyes to see the resources He has made available, to meet all our Needs.*


*Prayer:* Father, Please open my eyes to see and grant unto me the Treasures of darkness and hidden Riches of Secret Places in Jesus Name.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father.
