*SAMUEL DID NOT YET KNOW THE LORD (2)*

SCRIPTURE: Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the Word of the LORD yet revealed unto him -

*1 Samuel 3:7*


Samuel was Ministering unto the Lord, though he did not yet know the Lord. This  made him serve an Unknown God, and man was his Central focus.


*How did he put this right?*


Eli taught him that whenever God calls him, he should say, "Speak Lord for thy Servant heareth" - *1 Samuel 3:9*


*Eli taught Samuel how to Position himself to connect  or reconnect with God. This is Revival.*


Revival happens when men heartily seek to know God - *Psalms 42:2; Psalms 63:1*


The Bible says, Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after Righteousness - *Matthew 5:6*


Paul, the Apostle said, that I may know Him - *Philippians 3:10*


This time that he sought to know Him, he had written many Epistles, yet he sought to know Him. Because the evidence that you know Him is that you want to know Him.


*Our Continuous search for Him is the Secret of our Genuine Transformation* - *2 Corinthians 3:8; Psalms 34:5; Psalms 36:9*


*As we continue to seek to know Him, we are moved:*


• From Reformation *2 Corinthians 5:17*


• To Transformation - *Romans 12:2* 


• To Conformation - *Romans 8:29*


At the stage of Conformation, Christ is formed in us - *Galatians 4:19*


This was the Stage the Disciples were called Christians in Antioch - *Acts 11:26*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please revive me until Christ is formed in me in Jesus Christ Name.
