*GOD HAS NO GRANDSON*

SCRIPTURE: And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed - *Genesis‬ ‭28:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬*


When our Lord Jesus was teaching His Disciples how to Pray, He said to them, "You will Pray in this manner. Our Father who art in Heaven" - *Luke 11:1-2*


*This is to affirm to us that God has a son/daughter Relationship with everyone who is related to Him by Spiritual Birth. He has no Grandchildren.*


*This is also attested to by the way He introduced Himself to Jacob on his way from Beersheba to Haran. He said I am the God of Abraham thy father and the God of Isaac.*


One would have expected Him to say I am the God of Abraham thy Grandfather. 


*The Terminology Grandfather is Earthly.*


*God is the Father to everyone who is related to Him by Spiritual Birth.*


*The following implications, among others, are obvious:*


*(1)* God relates with us Individually.


*(2)* No one  needs to go through any man, Biologically or Spiritually, to reach out to God.


*(3)* We individually reach out to God only through our Lord Jesus Christ - *John 14:6*


*(4)* The depth of our Relationship with God is determined by our hunger and thirst after Him - *Matthew 5:6*


*(5)* No one can Stand between us and God without our Permission - *Isaiah 6:1*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me not to allow anyone to Stand between me and You In Jesus Christ Name.
