   *REDEEMING THE TIME*

SCRIPTURE: Redeeming the time because the days are evil - *‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬*


God hates Wastage. *John 6:2-12*


He also hates the Unprofitable use of Resources. 


The Parable of the Talents shows this.


Therefore, Apostle Paul highlighted for us the cause of time Wastage and the Unprofitable use of time.


He mentioned that we should not walk in Foolishness.


*How does walking in folly adversely affect the maximal use of our time?*


*(1)* A fool lives like there is no God - *Psalms 14:1; Psalms 53:1*


• Foolishness makes a man run contrary to the Plan of God for him. 


Moses wanted to be a Deliverer without God and ended up being a Murderer.


• Therefore, he wasted the first eight years of his Life. At 80, he was at the backside of the desert.


*(2)* Foolishness makes a man despise Wisdom and Instruction - *Proverbs 1:7; Proverbs 15:5*


• Apostle Paul gave the Instruction for us to redeem the time, but a fool will despise it and continue business as usual .The instruction will not Profit a fool.


*3)* Foolishness makes a man lay up Treasures for himself in this world and not rich towards God - *Luke 12:16-21*


*4)* Foolishness makes a man Unprepared for the Challenges ahead - *Matthew 25:1-8*


*5)* Foolishness makes a man Retrogress. *Proverbs 26:11*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me to be Wise and maximise the use of my time in Jesus Christ Name.
