*CARNALITY EXPLAINED*

SCRIPTURE: For you are still carnal. For where there  are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men? - ‭*1 Corinthians 3:3*


Man is a type of Trinity - *1 Thessalonians 5:23*


He is a Spirit, he has a Soul and lives in a body.


*The Body is the Outward Man that relates with the world, while the Spirit is the Inward Man that relates with God.* 


*The Soul is in between the Spirit and the Body.*


*Carnality is a state of the Body having Great Influence on the Soul.* 


*In a Carnal Man, his Spirit is so uncared for, that it has no influence on the Soul.*


Our Anchor Bible Text above shows some of the Manifestations of Carnality.


Apostle Paul mentioned that envy, strife, and divisions are the Manifestations of a Carnal Man.


He also listed the following as the works of the flesh: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, withcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, seditious, heresies, murders, drunkeness, revelling and the likes - *Galatians 5:19-20*


*The simple remedy to Carnality is to feed the Inward Man and put the body in Subjection.*


*Prayer:*

Father, in Jesus' Name, Please give me Grace to feed my Spirit and put my Body in Subjection in Jesus Christ Name.
