*CONNECT TO COLLECT -  PART 2*

SCRIPTURE: But covet earnestly the Best Gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more Excellent way - *‭‭1 Corinthians 12:31 KJV‬‬*


*Paul, the Apostle of Grace, wrote to the Church that Covetousness is allowed when it has to do with the Best Gifts.* 


*Whatever God has blessed a Person with, He can replicate it in the Life of another, Provided we are ready to Connect in order to Collect.*


Paul also said be ye followers of me even as I also am of Christ - *1 Corinthians 11:1*


He was saying connect to me even as I am also connected to Christ.


Elisha connected to Elijah and remained connected until Elijah was translated to Heaven. 


Elisha's Connection to Elijah made him collect the Grace and the Unction upon Elijah.


It was so obvious that the Sons of the Prophets at Jericho declared that the Spirit of Elijah rest on Elijah - *2 Kings 2:15*


*There are ingredients that makes the Connection Productive:*


*(1)* The Connection must be based on Love. 


Jonathan's Connection to David was based on Love - *1 Samuel 18:3*


Elisha's Connection to Elijah was based on Love. 


Elisha's Soul cleaved unto Elijah - *2 Kings 1:2,4,6*


*(2)* Willingness to serve is important in Connecting to Collect. 


Jonathan willingly served David. Likewise, Elisha served Elijah.


*(3)* Willingness to Learn  is essential when Connecting to Collect. 


*Without the willingness to learn, the Connection will be Unproductive.*


The Connection must be to learn.


*(4)* Openness to Correction makes Connection Result Oriented.


*(5)* Productive Connection requires Patience and Endurance. 


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Please give me Grace to make Sacrifices that will empower me to Collect through effective Connection in Jesus Christ Name.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father. Jacob also Struggled with Laban, his Uncle.
