*EXCELLENT SPIRIT*

SCRIPTURE: Then this Daniel was Preferred above the Presidents and Princes, because an Excellent Spirit was in him; and the King thought to set him over the whole realm - *Daniel 6:3 KJV‬*


Daniel in Babylon served three Kings, and though he was a Jewish Slave, he was Preferred above the other Presidents because an Excellent Spirit was found in him.


*Excellence means to be so Good that one can't be better; to be Exceptionally Good.*


*The Spirit Man of Daniel was Excellently Strengthened.*


*What are the benefits of an Excellent Spirit?*


*(1)* It has a Good Relationship with God since Excellence is an attribute of God.


*(2)* It gives access to the Secrets of God - *Daniel 2:19*


• The Secret that God kept away from others was revealed unto Daniel because of the Excellent Spirit in him.


*(3)* It makes a man Succeed in a Hostile Environment. 


Hence, Daniel made Landmark Successes in Slavery.


*(4)* It distinguishes a Man from others.


It makes a Man Stand Out.


*(5)* It brings a Man out of Obscurity. 


You can't be Excellent and be hidden.


*(6)* It gives access to Wisdom - *Luke 2:40*


*(7)* It opens the door of Prosperity. 


You cannot be Excellent and be Poor - *Daniel 2:28*


*When an Excellent Spirit is at work, it will create a non existing Position at the Top.* 


The Bible says the King thought of setting him over the realm.


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, help me to pay the Price for an Excellent Spirit, the way you helped Daniel in Jesus Christ Name.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father.
