*NO MORE DELAY - Part 1*

SCRIPTURE: Son of Man, what is that Proverb that ye have in the Land of Israel, saying, The days are Prolonged, and every Vision faileth?Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this Proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a Proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every Vision - *‭Ezekiel 12:22-23 KJV‬*


God has appointed a Set Time, saying, tomorrow the Lord shall do this thing in the Land - *Exodus 9:5*


There is a Set Time for the Lord to do a thing - *Ecclesiastes 3:1*


In our Anchor Bible Text above, the time set can be Prolonged or delayed. 


Whenever the Set Time is Prolonged, accomplishments experience Setbacks, there are Prolonged days between Expectations and Fulfilment. 


*There are a number of reasons for delay, some of which are:*


*(1)* Satanic Interruptionsb- *1 Thessalonians 2:18*


*(2)* Interruptions from Men - *Genesis 38:28-30; Genesis 29:20-23*


*(3)* Lack of Understanding of Times - *1 Chronicles 12:32*


Israel lacked the Understanding of Times, and their Delivance from bondage was delayed for thirty years - *Genesis 15:13; Exodus 12:40*


*(4)* Lack of the right words - *Ezekiel 12:23; Job 6:25*


*(5)* Complacency, attitude of not working out one's Salvation - *Philippines 2:12*


*Let us take a look at examples of those who experienced delays:*


*(1)* Jehu, the king of Israel. 


He was anointed King over Israel but was not enthroned immediately after the death of Ahab but was delayed for 14 years.


*(2)* Daniel experienced 21 days of delay in answer to his Prayer.


*(3)* Rachel experienced 7 years of delay in Marriage. 


*(4)* The man by the Pool of Bethesda.


*(5)* The children of Israel.


*Whatever is the cause of the day, God said there shall be no more delay.*


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Please let an end come to every form of delay in my Life and family in Jesus Christ Name.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father. Jacob also Struggled with Laban, his Uncle. Jacob Struggled with God - *Genesis 32:24-30* *Though Jacob enjoyed Enlargement, his Life was full of Troubles, Pain, Stress, Fear, Depression and the likes.* The conversation between Jacob and Pharaoh
