The Spirit of Man, also known as the inward man, can be daily Strengthened.


The Bible says as John the Baptist grew, he waxed Strong in Spirit - *Luke 1:80*


*What are the benefits of Strengthening our Inward Man?*


*(1)* It Strengthens our Relationship with God since the inward Man relates with God.


*(2)* It helps to face Challenges with Confidence.


*(3)* It helps to declare the Will of God without fear.


*(4)* It gives us access to Divine Wisdom - *Luke 2:40*


*(5)* Access to Revelational Knowledge is Guaranteed - *Ephesians 1:17; Daniel 2:19*


*How do we Strengthen the Inward Man?*


*(1)* By being Intentional - *Daniel 1:8*


*(2)* Through Sanctification - *Daniel 1:8*


*(3)* Through Constant Studying of the Word - *Acts 20:32; Jeremiah 15:16*


*(4)* Consistency in the Place of Prayer - *1 Thessalonians 5:17*


*(5)* Rejoicing in the Lord always -  *Philippians 4:4*


*(6)* Putting the Body under Subjection - *1 Corinthians 9:27*


*(7)* A Mindset that lives to Please the Lord - *Philippines 1:21*


*A Strengthened Inward Man helps to forge ahead in spite of Challenges.*


*Prayer*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, give me Grace to forge ahead in spite of Challenges and not be Stranded in the Journey of Life in Jesus Christ Name.

The Spirit of Man relates with God.  The Bible says the Spirit of man is the Candle of the Lord - *Proverbs 20:27* The Bible also says the Spirit itself beareth Witness with our Spirit

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father. Jacob also Struggled with Laban, his Uncle.
