      *DISORDERLY LIVING*

SCRIPTURE: And the Earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters -  *Genesis 1:2 KJV*

*One of the Original Challenges in Life was that the Earth was without form. It was formless, shapeless, and disorderly.*

*Many lives since then until now are formless, shapeless, and out of order.*

A Good Example is the family of Terah, the father of Abraham. He was seventy years old when he had his three sons. *Genesis 11:26*

He relocated from his Land of Nativity, Ur of the Chaldees, to Canaan. He went along with Abram, his first son, Sarai, the wife of Abram, and Lot, his grand son. Terah got to Haran, which was about mid way to Canaan; he dwelt there and died there - *Genesis 11:31-32*

*This Style of living was formless, shapeless, and disorderly in many respects:*

*(1)* It was out of order for him to relocate with Abram and his wife.

• Abram, a married Man, was still tied to his father 's apron strings.

• The Biblical Order is a Man shall leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh - *Genesis 2:24*

*(2)* It is also out of Order to set out to Canaan, stop mid-way, and die without reaching his Destination.

• The Bible says no Man, having put his hand to the Plough and looking back, is fit for the Kingdom of God - *Luke 9:62*

• We see that the cure to a formless, shapeless, and disorderly living is Light - *Genesis 1:3*

• Light stands for illumination and Revelation.

*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Light me up, illuminate my Life, and bring an end to every disorderliness in my Life in Jesus Christ Name.
