   *HE RAISES THE POOR*

SCRIPTURE: He raiseth up the Poor out of the dust, And lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, To set them among Princes, And to make them inherit the Throne of Glory: For the Pillars of the Earth are the LORD's, And he hath set the world upon them - *1 Samuel 2:8 KJV*


All Power in Heaven and on Earth belongs to God - *Matthew 28:18; Psalms 62:11* 


God has the Power to raise the Poor out of the dust and sit him among the High and the Mighty. 


He demonstrated this in the Life of Jacob.


Jacob ran away from home because of the life-threatening attack from Esau, his brother. He had nothing, and he was so Poor that he could not afford to buy a Pillow - *Genesis 28:10*


But God raised him up, and he increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43*


*His Story confirms three Major happenings when God is raising a Man:*


*(1)* Heaven will be opened upon him.


• This is because the Lifter is in Heaven.


*(2)* There must be a 

connection between God, who is the Lifter, and the one to be lifted.


• We saw a Ladder connecting Jacob and the opened Heaven. 


*(3)* There must be Messengers of Lifting. 


• We saw the Angels of God ascending and descending  the Ladder.


*These three happenings are essential for a Man's Lifting in Life.*


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, let your Heaven be opened unto me and raise for me Messengers of Lifting in Jesus Christ.

ENLARGEMENT WITHOUT STRUGGLES

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father.
