*PHILIP THE EVANGELIST: A MAN OF HONEST REPORT*

SCRIPTURE: Wherefore, Brethren, look ye out among you seven Men of Honest Report, full of the Holy Ghost and Wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business - *Acts 6:3 KJV*


Philip, the Evangelist, was one of the seven Deacons chosen in the early Church to serve table so that the twelve Disciples would give themselves continually to Prayer and the Ministry of the Word - *Acts 6: 2-4*


*One of the Qualifications of the seven was an Honest Report - Therefore, Philip was a man of Honest Report.*


*This teaches us that Honesty is an indispensable Quality in building a Strong family.*


*Honesty is a state of being Truthful, Transparent, and living without Pretence.*


Honesty is important in building a Lasting Relationship. 


*Love can bring two People together, but it requires Honesty for them to stay together.* 


*Nothing breaks Relationships like Dishonesty.*


The Bible admonishes us to walk Honestly - *Romans 13:13*


Honesty will enhance Trust in Relationships. 


Adam and Eve were both naked before they fell and were not ashamed - *Genesis 2:25*


This means they were both Transparent. 


We are admonished to renounce the hidden things of dishonesty and not walk in Craftiness - *2 Corinthians 4:2*


*Whenever Dishonesty comes into a Relationship, the devil is licensed to rule in the Relationship, and the Ministry of the devil is to steal, kill, and destroy* - *John 10:10*


*Therefore, families built on Dishonesty and Craftiness will hit the rock.*


Dishonesty brought down the family of Ananias and Sapphira - *Acts 5:1-10*


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, help me to renounce the hidden things of Dishonesty in Jesus Christ Name.
