*FROM LEODOBAR TO THE PALACE*

SCRIPTURE: And the King said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the King, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.  And the King said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the King, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lo–debar -

*2 Samuel 9:3‭-‬4*


The Lord Promoted a Young man called Mephibosheth, Jonathan's son, from a Place of no importance, to the most Prestigious Position; a journey from the bottom to the top.


*In this journey, there are several things the Lord did for him. Let us take a look at some of them:*


*(1)* The Lord covered his error. 


Error in life can lead to death. The Bible tells us about Uzzah, who was smote to death because of his error - *2 Samuel 6:7*


*But, when a man is on the journey from Leodobar to the Palace, God will cover his errors.*


It was an error for a lame man, to enter the Palace and Mephibosheth was lame at both feet but, his error was covered.


Abraham was on a similar journey, he made a great error by introducing his wife as his sister to Abimelech, the King of Gerar. The King therefore took Sarah, the wife of Abraham. In the night, God appeared to Abimelech and told him he was a dead man, because he had taken another man's wife and commanded him to restore Sarah unto Abraham. Thereafter, Abimelech did as God commanded him. 


God covered Abraham's error - *Genesis 20:1-9*


If God hadn't covered his error, his marriage would have been dead. His covenant with God, could have been truncated, along with his Destiny.


*Therefore, when God is taking a man to the top, He covers his error rather than Punishing him.*


*Prayer:* 

Father, Please by your kindness, cover my errors so that I can get to where you have Pre-destined for me in life in Jesus Christ Name.
