*BEING A BLESSING IS THE SECRET OF UNLIMITED JOY*

SCRIPTURE: I have shown you in every way, by labouring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive." - *Acts 20:35*


Paul was rounding up his Ministry at Ephesus and he left the Church with a departing Message. 


He  commended them to God and to the Word of His Grace. He charged them to always be a blessing to the weak and he also brought to their remembrance, the Words of our Lord Jesus Christ, that it is more blessed to give than to receive. 


*This statement is often used when offerings are being given in Church. But, the situation under which Apostle Paul brought these words to remembrance, is more Profound.*


*He emphasises the Need to be a blessing to the weak; weak not only in the Physical but also in Spiritual things.*


*Paul was Practically sharing with them the secret of his Joy.*


Being a blessing is the Nature of God - Our Lord is a Giver. He gave His Only Begotten Son - *John 3:16*


The Bible says: 'He that spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?' - *Romans 8:32*


As children of Abraham, we operate in the Covenant Practice of Sowing and Reaping, to activate the blessings of Abraham. - *Genesis 12:2, Genesis 8:22*


*More importantly, bringing Sunshine to others will not keep it away from us - Whatever we cause to happen to others, God will cause to happen to us.*


When we sow Joy by being a blessing, we will eventually reap Joy.


*Therefore, in order to have access to unlimited Joy, we must intentionally Purpose to be a blessing not only in Physical Things but more importantly in Spiritual Things.*


Apostle Paul said:  'And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved' - *2 Corinthians 12:15*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please give me the Passion to be a blessing both in the Spiritual and Physical Things in Jesus Christ Name.
