*STAR COMMANDED FOLLOWERS*

SCRIPTURE:  When they had heard the King, they departed; and, lo, the Star, which they saw in the East, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was - *Matthew 2:9*


When Jesus was born in Bethlehem Judah, His star was seen in the far East and the Wise Men followed the Star until they got to where Jesus was - *Matthew 2:1-11*


This Story teaches on an impactful life.


The Bible says by their fruits ye shall know them. 


*The fruits evidenced when a life is impactful includes:*


*(1)* Followership 


Wise Men followed the Star. 


An impactful life commands followership. 


The Bible says great Multitudes followed Jesus and He healed them - *Matthew 12:15*


When the mad man of Gadara was at the tomb, he commanded no followership but when he was made Whole and was testifying of what God has done for him, much People followed him to Jesus - *Mark 5:1-22*


Men will be drawn to your Good works, as a Man or Woman of impact, thereby giving Glory to God.


*(2)* The Wise Men took their eyes away from the Star and the result was fatal. 


They entered into King Herod's Palace and that led to the death of many children.


Stepping out of the footprints of an impactful life can be fatal. 


Jesus said he that believes not in me is condemned already - *John 3:18*


Paul said Demas has forsaken and drawn into the world - *2 Timothy 4:10*


(3) The Wise Men rejoiced with exceeding Great Joy - *Matthew 2:10*


Your life is impactful when your sphere of influence is characterised by Joy and rejoicing. 


Philip was in Samaria and the City had great Joy - *Acts 8:8*


*(4)* The Wise Men offered Gifts.


Your life is impactful when you make Disciples who are deploying their God given Potentials.


The men that David had raised told him, that he need not go out to war with them again that they would handle the battles - *2 Samuel 21:17*


*(5)* The Wise Men fell down and worshipped Jesus - *Matthew 2:11*


Your life is impactful when your followers humble themselves before God through you. 


*A Purpose Driven Life is a blessing to Men and the Kingdom of God.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me to be a Blessing to my Generation and Your Kingdom in Jesus Christ Name.
