*THE PATH OF PERFECTION*

*By Pastor E O Gabriel  23 February 2025:Share*

SCRIPTURE: God is a Perfect God - *Matthew 5:8*

His Ways and works are Perfect; and whatever He starts He will Perfect.

The Psalmist said the Lord will Perfect that which concerns me - *Psalms 138:8*

When a blind man was brought to Jesus at Bethsaida, He took him by the hand and led him out of town. Jesus touched him and asked if he saw  The man answered, I see men as trees walking. Jesus touched him the second time and he saw clearly - *Mark 8:22-26*

*The first touch made the man to see men as trees walking. This is because his Spiritual Eyes were opened first.*

*Men in the Spiritual Realm are often seen as trees.*

When king Nebuchadnezzar had a dream, he saw a tree that grew whose height reached to Heaven.

In interpreting the dream, Daniel told him, the tree represents him.

Similarly, the Righteous is likened to a tree Planted beside the Rivers of water - *Psalms 1:3*

*So God opened his Spiritual Eyes, but touched him again to open the Physical Eyes - Perfecting his Healing.*

*It is absolutely Imperfect when you have Spiritual Eyes without the Physical Eyes and vice versa.*

*It is interesting to note that before the Perfect work was accomplished, Jesus took him by the hand and led out of the town. Leading him out of Bethsaida, was the path of Perfection.*

I. Bethsaida is a town where Jesus took three of His Disciples: Philip, Andrew and Peter.

II. Bethsaida is the town that witnessed the feeding of five thousand men, with five loaves and two fishes and there were twelve baskets leftovers.

*Many diverse Miracles were Performed in Bethsaida.*

*Yet despite witnessing the great move of God, the town remained unrepentant.*

*When Jesus led the man out, he led him out of Unrepentance.*

*This teaches us that we cannot enjoy the Perfect work of God unless we repent from all our sins.*

The Bible says shall we continue in sin that Grace may abound? God forbids - *Romans 6:1-2*

*Prayer:*

Father, Please give me the heart of repentance that will Provoke Perfect Blessings in my life in Jesus Christ Name.
