TIME TO SHINE

 SEED OF TRANSFORMATION DAILY DEVOTIONAL 

                                        


         *TIME TO SHINE*

SCRIPTURE: Thou shalt arise, and have Mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the Set Time, is come - *Psalms 102:13*


Shining is not an option for Believers, but an Heritage in Christ Jesus - *Matthew 5:14-16*


We have the Mandate to Shine. 


The Bible says arise, Shine for thy Light is come and the Glory of the Lord is risen upon thee - *Isaiah 60:1*


*When the time to Shine comes, three Major things will happen:*


*(1)* A Major crisis will breakout. 


The Bible says the Light shines in darkness - *John 1:4*


Joseph didn't shine, until Pharaoh had a crisis.


David did not came out of obscurity to limelight, until Goliath rose to threaten Israel - *1 Samuel 17:1-44*


Jephthat remained unwanted until the children of Ammon made war against Israel - *Judges 11:1-6*


*(2)* The Lord must arise for the Man whose time to shine has come. 


Our anchor Text says: 'Thou shall arise and have Mercy ...'


*We need God to Shine; He must arise for us to Shine.*


The Bible says the Lord was with Joseph - *Genesis 39:2*


David said to Goliath,

'I come to you in the Name of the Lord.'


Jephthat said, 'if the Lord delivers the children of Ammon before me' - *Judges 11:9*


*(3)* The Lord must arise against your enemies and bring their wickedness to an end - *Psalms 68:1, Psalms 7:9*


*What do we need to do, to qualify for our Shining?*


*(1)* It is essential to be a Light Bearer - *Isaiah 60:1*


*(2)* Make deliberate effort to develop ourselves.


*(3)* Passionately accept responsibility - *Isaiah 6:8*


*(4)* Patient in Tribulation - *Romans 12:12*


*(5)* Be confident of Shining.

 

*It is abnormal not to Shine as a Believers, because our Father is the Bright and the Morning Star and so we are Stars.* 


*It is inherent in Stars to Shine, therefore we need to Pay the Price to Shine.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please bring me out of obscurity to limelight  and empower me to be Outstanding in all areas of life in Jesus Christ Name.
