*RETURNING TO GOD: KEY TO RESTORATION*

SCRIPTURE: Receive, Please, instruction from His mouth, And lay up His Words in your heart. If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up; You will remove iniquity far from your tents - *Job 22:22‭-‬23*


The Prodigal son received his Inheritance from his father, went away and wasted all his Inheritance. 


Thereafter, he started eating food meant for swine. 


He came to the realisation that many of his father's hired servants, had enough bread, while he was eating food for the swine. 


He decided to return to his father and his return brought about restoration of Resources, Opportunities, Joy, Glory.


The Bible says: If thou return to the Almighty, thou shall be built up. God is a builder; He builds lives, families, businesses and destinies - *Psalms 127:1*


*No matter how deep a man has gone down, the Lord can build him up.* 


Mephibosheth was down to the lowest ebb of his life, the kindness of the king lifted him and gave him a Place in the Palace - *2 Samuel 9*


*The kindness of the King of Kings, can raise a beggar from the dunghill and set him among Princes* - *1 Samuel 2:8*


Restoration becomes real only by returning to God. 


We return by putting iniquity far away from us.


The Bible says: Who shall ascend into the Hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in his Holy Place? He that has clean hands and a Pure heart - *Psalms 24:3-4*


We cannot continue in sin and expect the Grace of God to abound - *Romans 6:1*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please like the Prodigal son, give me Grace to fully return to You in Jesus Christ name.
