*THE SECRET OF GOOD SUCCESS*

SCRIPTURE: This Book of the Law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way Prosperous, and then thou shalt have Good Success - *Joshua 1:8*


When Joshua took over the Leadership of Israel from Moses, God Promised him Good Success. 


*Good Success is the Will of God for us in all facets of life. But Good Success is not without its Price.*


*God shared with Joshua, the Secrets of enjoying Good Success in life:*


*(1)* Abiding in the Presence of the Lord.


God said as I was with Moses, I will be with you. 


Good Success is not achievable without God - Without Him, we can do Nothing.


Every Good Gift is from God - *Joshua 1:5, John 15:5, James 1:17*


*(2)* The Word must dwell richly in us. 


God said this Book of the Lord must not depart out of thy mouth. 


*He was saying to him that the Word must be in you. We must eat the Word, the Word must dwell in us richly* - *Joshua 1:8, Jeremiah 15:16, Colossians 3:16*


*(3)* Strong and Courageous.


*The happenings on the way to Good Success can be frightening, but we need to be Strong and Courageous.* 


*The Jordan River will try to stand against us, men of Jericho will shut  their doors against us and we will need to contend with Giants - Strength and courage are required to overcome them* - *Joshua 1:7, Hebrews 10:35*


*(4)* We need to keep Moving.


God said every Place the sole of your foot shall tread, I have given you.


*We cannot experience Good Success in any endeavour by Standing Still - Goodness and Mercy follow after those on the Move. Signs and Wonders follow those on the Move and God works with us confirming the Word when we are on the Go for Him* - *Joshua 1:3, Psalms 23:6, Mark 16:17, 20*


*Someone said: If you cannot fly, run. If you cannot run, walk. If you cannot walk, crawl - Just ensure that by all means, you keep Moving.*


*(5)* Stay under Command.


God said: Have I not commanded you? 


He was instructing him to stay under Command.


*Our Good Success is secured when we stay under Command* - *Joshua 1:9, Psalms 91:1,2*


*Good Success is delightsome and the Price is nothing in comparison to the Prize.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me to experience Good Success in my Family, Career and Spiritual Life in Jesus Christ Name.
