*YOUR DIRECTION IS YOUR CHOICE*

SCRIPTURE: This day I call the Heavens and the Earth as Witnesses against you that I have Set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live - *Deuteronomy 30:19*

 

Yesterday, we established that: *Your direction is more important than your location; while your location may not define you, your direction does.*


The Prodigal son chose to head in his father's direction, to end his stay in a location of no bread. His direction brought about supply to his Needs and Restoration.


David was in the wilderness of Judah, a lonely and dry location but, his soul turned in the direction of the One who could bring an end to his wilderness experience. Thereafter, he was lifted out of the wilderness experience and became king over Israel - *Psalms 63:1*


Jonah found himself in the belly of a fish, he turned in the direction of the Lord who could command the fish to vomit him and he was vomited after three days - *Jonah 2:1*


In our text above, God has set before every man life and death, blessing and cursing and He has given us the Power to choose.


We have a responsibility to Position ourselves to receive of the Lord's direction Per time because it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps - *Jeremiah 10:23* 


And the Lord has Promised that, 'I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with my eye" - *Psalms 32:8*


*Therefore, any direction we embark on in life, is our Personal choice.*


Joshua spoke to the Nation of Israel to choose for themselves who they will serve and he said as for him and his household, they will serve the Lord - *Joshua 24:15*


*The Lord will lead you and men may advise you, but the choice still remains yours.*


*Since our direction in life is our Personal choice, we must take responsibility for the fruits we see, as a result of our choices.*


*Therefore, choose to turn in the direction of life, that you and your Seed will live forever.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me not to turn in the direction of death that my children and I will live forever in Jesus Christ Name.
