*NO GOOD PROPHECIES FROM HIM*

SCRIPTURE: So the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “ There  is still one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may inquire of the Lord; but I hate him, because he does not Prophesy Good concerning me, but evil.” And Jehoshaphat said, “Let not the king say such things!” - *I Kings 22:8*


Ahab told Jehoshaphat that Micaiah, the Prophet never gives Good Prophecies concerning him. 


*Let us look at the credentials of a King who was expecting Good Prophecies from the Lord:*


*(1)* He turned the Nation of Israel away from God and established Idolatry.


*(2)* His wife was killing the Prophets of God.


*(3)* He and His wife falsely took over the vineyard of Naboth and killed him.


*(4)* He was lifted up by God but, turned against Him.


*(5)* He oppressed the People he was lifted to nurture and lead.


*Ironically, Ahab was full of evil and abominable works yet, he was expecting Good Prophecies from the Lord. He was sowing evil seeds yet expecting a Good Harvest.*


Instead of turning away from his wicked ways, he hated the Prophet that was true and bold in declaring the counsel of God unto him.


The Bible says woe unto the wicked! It shall be ill with him - *Isaiah 3:11*


*There are no Good Prophecies for the wicked.*


*Hating the Prophet does not address the issue, only true repentance will.*


Good Prophecies to Ahab can only come from false Prophets with lying lips but, there is always Good News for the Righteous!


The Bible says say ye to the Righteous it shall be well with him - *Isaiah 3:10*


*Therefore, Good Prophecies of Healing, Fruitfulness, Lifting, Victory, Breakthroughs and the likes are for those who are in Christ, whose lives Honour God.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please keep my hands and feet far away from all wickedness and sins that can attract evil Prophecies unto me in Jesus Christ Name.
