*SHE COULD NO LONGER HIDE HIM*

But when she could no longer hide him, she took an ark of bulrushes for him, daubed it with asphalt and pitch, put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the river’s bank - *Exodus 2:3*


We are still Studying how Moses' mother hid him at birth, from the death sentence which awaited every Hebrew child born at that time. 


*Yesterday, we saw that she hid him for three Months and we Studied how to hide our children from the evil occurrences that can lead to death.*


After a Period of time, we see from our Text, that she could no longer hide him. 


*There will come a time as our children grow, that we will no longer be able to hide them. They will be exposed to the realities, trials and tribulations of life, and will have to take decisions on their own and live with the consequences thereof.*


*There are Lessons to learn from Moses' mother and what she did, when she could no longer hide him.*


She made an Ark for him and put him by the river's bank and his sister stood afar off to watch him - *Exodus 2:3-4*


*She made an Ark for him; Symbolic of safety in times of crisis* - *Genesis 7:23*


*The Ark stands for a Shelter in storm - *Psalms 61:3*


When Paul was departing Ephesus, he called the Elders together and said to them, I commend you to God and to the Word of His Grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an Inheritance among all them which are Sanctified - *Acts 20:32*


*When we can no longer hide them, we must commend them to God, who is the surest Shelter through the storms of life.*


*And as his sister stood to watch afar off, we should stand on our Towers as Watchmen over them* - *Habakkuk 2:1*


*Prayer:*

Father, I commend the children you have given me, unto You, help me to Stand as Watchmen over them in Jesus Christ Name.
