SCRIPTURE: “Son of man, what is this Proverb that you People have about the land of Israel, which says, ‘The days are Prolonged, and every vision fails’? Tell them therefore, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I will lay this Proverb to rest, and they shall no more use it as a Proverb in Israel.” ’ But say to them, ‘ “The days are at hand, and the fulfillment of every Vision - *Ezekiel 12:22‭-‬23*


*Many are experiencing delays in many areas of life.*


Rachel in the Bible experienced delay in Marriage for fourteen years and when she eventually got married, she experienced delay in child bearing - *Genesis 29:20-29; Genesis 30:1*


The children of Israel experienced delays. 


They were meant to spend four hundred years in a Strange land but they eventually spent four hundred and thirty years. 


Their freedom was delayed for thirty years - *Genesis 15:13; Exodus 12:40*


Daniel, a man with an excellent Spirit, experienced delay in answer to Prayers for twenty-one days - *Daniel 10:12-13*


*God abhors delays.* 


He was speaking to Ezekiel in our anchor text and He asked about the Proverb in the land of Israel, that said the days are Prolonged and the Vision fails.


God commanded Ezekiel to tell the children of Israel that the Proverb shall cease in the land and it shall not be used.


*Therefore, I am commanded to let you know that your delays are over.* 


*Whatever or whoever is behind your delays will draw back.*


The Lord will settle you on time. He will give you Supernatural speed to recover the wasted years and those who have been laughing at you, will join in your celebration in Jesus Name.


*Prayer:*

Father, Please turn delays in all areas of my life to Divine Acceleration and enlarge my mouth over my adversaries in Jesus Christ Name.
