*HANNAH'S APPROACH*

SCRIPTURE: Wherefore it came to Pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the LORD - *1 Samuel 1:20*

Every Story in the Scriptures happened for our example and is written for our admonition - *1 Corinthians 10:11*

*Careful Study of some Persons in the Bible will enlighten us on what to do to commit God to answer our Prayers.*

1. One of such Persons is Hannah. 

There are certain Uncommon Things she did that committed God to give her an Uncommon Answer.

*Let us take a look at her approach:*

*(1)* She rose up - *1 Samuel 1:9*

*In the midst of her challenges, she rose up.* 

This means she got up, she advanced. She refused to allow her challenges to keep her down, she advanced in spite of her challenges.

*This is important because nothing works unless we work it.*

The Bible says, work out your Salvation with fear and trembling - *Philippians 2:12*

*(2)* She was alone in the Temple.

She may not have been lonely, but she was alone in the Temple. 

*If you need God's attention, He either comes to you or you go to Him.*

The Temple is the House of God. 

Hannah was in the Temple to see God and she was alone with Him Pouring out her Soul before Him - *1 Samuel 1:15*

She avoided all distractions.

*(3)* She Prayed from her heart - *1 Samuel 1:13*

*Heaven responds to every "Hearty Prayer"* 

The Bible says, the effectual fervent Prayer of a Righteous Man availeth much - *James 5:16*

*(4)* She vowed a Vow - *1 Samuel 1:11*

She vowed to meet a Need in God's Kingdom. 

Eli the Prophet was old, his children could not take over from him because they didn't know God. 

*Hannah vowed to Provide a Successor to Eli, so that God's Kingdom will not suffer a vacuum.*

*(5)* She believed the Prophet.

*Eli blessed her and she believed his Pronouncement and her countenance was no more sad.*

The Bible says, believe in the Lord your God so shall ye be established, believe his Prophet so shall ye Prosper - *2 Chronicles 20:20*

*Adopting Hannah's Approach, we will conceive and bear our own Miracle as recorded in our Anchor Text .*

*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me to follow Your Word Precept upon Precept and Line upon Line in Jesus Christ Name.
