*JOYFULLY WALK WITH GOD*

SCRIPTURE: For the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but Righteousness, and Peace, and Joy in the Holy Ghost - *Romans 14:17*

It is required of us to walk Joyfully with God. 

The above Scriptures show that walking with God requires not only Righteousness and Peace, but also Joy in the Holy Ghost. 

In light of this, Paul the Apostle commanded us to rejoice in the Lord always and again to rejoice - *Philippians 4:4*

*Why must we walk with joy?*

*(1)* We are commanded to do so - *1 Thessalonians 5:16*

*(2)* Christ has exchanged our sorrows for Joy on the Cross - *Isaiah 53:4*

*(3)* Joy is an Evidence of Salvation - *Psalms 51:12*

*(4)* Joy is a Fruit of the Holy Spirit - *Galatians 5:22*

*(5)* Joy renews our Strength and makes us Strong in the Lord - *Nehemiah 8:10*

*(6)* Joy makes our sacrifices to the Lord Acceptable and Rewardable - *Deuteronomy 28:47-48*

*(7)* Joy makes our lives Heaven on Earth.

*What to do to remain Joyful?*

*(1)* Stay away from sin - *Hebrews 1:9*

*(2)* Be addicted to the Word - *Jeremiah 15:16*

*(3)* Staying in His Presence - *Psalms 16:11*

*(4)* Living Gratefully - *Psalms 100:4*

*(5)* Identifying with the Joyful - *Proverbs 27:17*

*(6)* Sowing in tears - *Psalms 126:5*

*(7)* Be a Soul Winner - *Daniel 12:3*

The Bible says, the Redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with Singing unto Zion; and Everlasting Joy shall be upon their head; they shall obtain Gladness and Joy; and sorrow and morning shall flee away - *Isaiah 51:11*

*Prayer:*

Father, Please in my Walk with You, let sorrow and mourning flee away from me in Jesus Christ Name.
