*TITLE WITHOUT HONOUR*

SCRIPTURE: But whoso committeth Adultery with a woman lacketh Understanding: He that doeth it destroyeth his own Soul. A wound and dishonour shall he get; And his reproach shall not be wiped away - *Proverbs 6:32‭-‬33*

When the anger of God came upon king Nebuchadnezzar, he was driven from the Palace to eat grass in the field for seven years. But, he remained the reigning king. This is a case of Title without Honour.

Similarly, when the Lord rejected Saul as the King of Isreal, the Spirit of God departed from him and an evil Spirit from the Lord troubled him - *1 Samuel 16:14*

Saul was still the reigning  King, but he had lost his Relevance and Honour. The women in Israel came together to sing of his dishonour - *1 Samuel 18:7*

*A Title without Honour is burdensome and ungodly.*

Solomon asked the Lord for a Wise and Understanding heart and God gave him what he requested for and added Riches and Honour - *1 Kings 3:13*

*Every Blessing from the Lord must come with Honour because it is important to man.*

When God created man he was not Clothed, yet he was crowned with Glory and Honour - *Genesis 2:25, Psalms 8:4-5*

*Having nothing but Honour is better than Plenty without Honour.*

Our Anchor Text teaches us that an Adulterer shall get a wound and dishonour. 

*A man with Title, living in sin will get a wound and dishonour.* 


*Prayer:*

Father, Please don't let  my Blessings be without Honour in Jesus Christ Name.
