*GROW IN KNOWLEDGE*

SCRIPTURE: But grow in Grace, and in the Knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be Glory both now and for ever. Amen - *2 Peter‬ ‭3:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬*

*We discussed that it is better to "Grow Up" than to "Go Up".*

*When we "Grow Up", we "Stay Up", but when we "Go Up", we "Come Down".*

*One area we need to Grow is in the Knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.*

*Why Must We Seek to Know Him?*

*1)* The Knowledge of Him is from Above, and whatever comes from Above is Good and Perfect - *James 1:17*

• Our access to His Knowledge will make us Perfect and empower us to escape the Pollution of the world and make our ways Good in His sight - *2 Peter 2:20; Deuteronomy 6:18*

*2)* Whatever comes from Above is above all - *John  3:31*

• Access to His Knowledge will put us Above and not beneath - *Deuteronomy 28:13*

*3)* The Knowledge of Jesus Christ will reveal to us who the Father is - *John 14:7*

*4)* Access to His Knowledge will make us know Him and the Power of His Resurrection - *Philippians 3:10*

*5)* The Knowledge of Him is Unsearchable - *Romans 11:33*

• Therefore, the evidence that we know Him is that we want to know Him more - *Philippians 3:10*

*Prayer:*

Father, Please give me the Grace to know You in Jesus Christ mighty name.
