         *LET HIM LEAD*

SCRIPTURE: And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men - *Matthew 4:19 (KJV)*

Whenever God is travelling with us on a Journey, He is Present to lead and not to be led. 

He said to Peter, Follow me, not lead me. 

*We are therefore called to follow Him and not the other way around.*

*Why must we allow Him to lead?*

*(1)* He is the First and the Last - *Revelation 1:11*

*(2)* He is the Way - *John 14:6*

*(3)* He knows all things and declares the End from the Beginning - *Isaiah 46:10*

*(4)* No one and nothing can stop Him - *Isaiah 14:27*

*(5)* Wise Men can make mistakes, but He cannot make mistakes - *1 Corinthians 1:25*

*(6)* Our times are in His hand - *Psalm 31:15*

*(7)* He withdraws when He is not allowed to lead.

*How does He lead us?*

*(1)* Through His Word - *Psalm 119:105*

*(2)* Through the Holy Spirit - *Romans 8:14*

*(3)* Through His Chosen Vessels - *1 Corinthians 11:1*

*(4)* Through Visions - *Acts 16:9*

*(5)* Through Dreams - *Matthew 2:13*

*(6)* Through the Inner Witness of the Spirit.

*(7)* Through Events and circumstances - *Exodus 8:18–19*

*How do we Position ourselves for His leading?*

*(1)* Through Humility - *1 Samuel 3:10*

*(2)* Through Stillness - *Psalm 46:10*

*(3)* Through Obedience - *Isaiah 1:18*

*(4)* Through the fear of God - *Psalm 25:14*

*(5)* Through Prayer and Fasting - *Ezra 8:21*

 *Prayer*

Father,  I Surrender all my Journeys to You. Please lead me in every step of my Life and never let me walk ahead of You in Jesus Christ Name.
