*UNDERSTAND YOUR LIFE BACKWARDS*

SCRIPTURE: Give Instruction to a Wise Man, and he will be yet Wiser: Teach a Just Man, and he will increase in Learning - *‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭9:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬*

*Life is meant to be lived forward but can only be understood backwards.* 

Yesterday is gone, and no one is rich enough to buy back his yesterday. 

But, everyone can learn and Profit from the Lessons of yesterday.

Samuel was one of the Greatest Prophets of Israel, and he enjoyed the Presence of the Lord. His words did not fall to the Ground - *1 Samuel 3:19*

But he did not learn from the mistakes of the Past. 

Eli, his Predecessor, did not train his children, and the Priesthood ceased in his Lineage - *1 Samuel 2:30*

The children of Samuel were not better than the children of Eli. 

Therefore, the Priesthood could not continue in the Lineage of Samuel for the children of Israel asked for a King - *1 Samuel 8:1-5*

In our Anchor Bible Text, a Just Man will learn and Profit from the Lessons of the Past.

When Pride turned King Nebuchadnezzar  into an animal, eating grass, he learnt from his error and began to humble himself before the Lord. 

King Nebuchadnezzar learnt that it is evil to be proud, and God restored and retained him as the King - *Daniel 4:31-37*

*Let us, therefore, highlight the Lessons of last in order to navigate our ways this year.*


*Prayer:* 

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Please help me to Succeed where I failed before in Jesus Christ Name.
