*THE USEFUL BECAME USELESS*

SCRIPTURE: And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking, that he cast away the jawbone out of his hand, and called that Place Ramath-lehi - *Judges 15:17, KJV*

When the Spirit of God came Mightily upon Samson, the cords used to bind his bands loosed from off hands as flax burnt with fire - *Judges 15:14*

When Samson was free, he picked a jawbone of an ass and killed a thousand men therewith. Shortly after, he threw away the jawbone of an ass.

He cast it away because it was no longer useful.

*What made the useful jawbone of an ass useless?*

*The fire of God, which made the jawbone of an ass useful, departed from him.*

*The useful and highly Celebrated Donkey Jesus rode into Jerusalem became useless when Jesus got off it. No one can say what eventually became of the Donkey* - *Matthew 21:1-11*

*When the Spirit of the Lord departed from King Saul, an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him, and he became useless* - *1 Samuel 16:14*

*What do we do to remain Permanently useful?*

*(1)* Remain Connected to your Source for Relevance - *Isaiah 51:1-2*

*(2)* Continuous Upgrade.

*(3)* Willingness to Serve - *2 Corinthians 12:15*

*(4)* Readiness  to adapt without losing the Core Values - *Romans 1:14*

*(5)* Identifying with those who are useful - *Proverbs 27:17*

*It is better that a man be useful than be useless.*

*Prayer:*

Father, Please help me never to be useless in Jesus Christ mighty Name.
