*CHURCH GROWTH STRATEGY IN THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT: RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH*

SCRIPTURE: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a Workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth - *2 Timothy 2:15 KJV*

*The Church was birthed on the day of Pentecost and shall be sustained by the Power of the Spirit.*

Rightly dividing the Word of truth is important to inspire Growth both in Number and in Spirit.

*What does it mean to rightly divide the word of Truth?*

*It simply means to accurately interpret and correctly apply the Word of God, avoiding distortions.*

• The Word is a tool of Growth.

• The worlds were framed by the Word of God - *Hebrews 11:3*

• All things were made by the Word of God - *John 1:1–3; Colossians 1:16*

• Spiritual Growth is enhanced by the Word of God - *1 Peter 2:2; Acts 20:32*

• The Word of God is Spirit and Life - *John 6:63*

• The Word is the Cleanser of the Inward Man - *John 17:17; Psalm 119:9*

• The Word is the Wisdom and Power of God - *1 Corinthians 1:24*

• Numerical Growth is aided by the Word. 

• Increase in the Word will Propel Increase in Numerical Growth - *Acts 6:7; Acts 2:41; Acts 4:4*

*How do we handle the Word?*

*We must give ourselves to the Ministry of the Word through diligent Study and by living according to the Word, engaging the heart of Obedience* - *Acts 6:4; 2 Timothy 2:15; 1 Timothy 4:13; Joshua 1:8; Jeremiah 15:16; Matthew 4:4; Acts 5:29*


*Prayer*


Father in the Name of Jesus, Please open thou my eyes that I may behold wondrous things out of thy Law .
