 SEED OF TRANSFORMATION DAILY DEVOTIONAL                                           *A FUEL OF FAITH: THE WORD OF GOD* *By Pastor E O Gabriel   31 December 2023*      SCRIPTURE: So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17.  *Faith is not believing blindly for something to happen; faith is standing on the Word of God.*  Faith is critical to life and destiny. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. (Hebrews 11:6). So, to please God and fulfil destiny, your faith in God must be in place. Now, faith is in place when the revelation of the Word of God in the heart of a person produces a conviction that is strong enough to result in corresponding action. This means, faith begins with a revelation. Faith begins with the revelation of the Word of God. Romans 10: 17 says,  So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.  SEED OF TRANSFORMATION DAILY DEVOTIONAL                                          *A PATHWAY TO DESTINY: SPIRITUALITY*  *By Pastor E O Gabriel  30  December 2023*     SCRIPTURE: And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the Lord: Genesis 19:27.  *Your life cannot be higher than your level of devotion to God; and your destiny cannot be greater than your spirituality.* Spirituality has been confirmed to be a major force for life and destiny. Your life cannot be higher than your level of devotion to God; and your destiny cannot be greater than your spirituality.  In scriptures, people of solid destiny were people of solid spirituality.  In our study today, we shall look at few examples of men of deep spirituality and impactful destiny: 1. Abraham In Genesis 12:1-5, we saw how Abraham got connected with God, and God gave him destiny direction. Abraham was led by God on the platform of his spirituality.  Also, in Genesis 19:27, we saw that Abraham was devote

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. James 5:15-16  *There is a link between sickness and sin. To confess your sins is to be in the position to be healed.* The Scripture makes it clear that it is the Will of God for His children to live in perfect health (3 John 2). However, should a child of God fall into ill-health, God made provisions for the restoration of his or her health.  SEED OF TRANSFORMATION DAILY DEVOTIONAL                                          *UNDERSTANDING THE FEAR OF THE LORD* *By Pastor E O Gabriel 28 December 2023* SCRIPTURE: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. Proverbs 9:10.  *To exist in the fear of the Lord is to govern your life by the rules of God.* Our anchor Scripture makes it clear that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. To operate or manifest the Wisdom of God, the fear of the Lord is a capital requirement. Therefore, it is very important to know what the fear of the Lord is so we can be wise in life. What then is the fear of the Lord?  The fear of God is existing by Godly principles.  To exist in the fear of the Lord is to govern your life by the principles of God as found in His Word. To govern your life by the Word of God is to fear God. The fear of God is the refusal to take God for granted; it is the refusal to take His Word for granted.  Deuteronomy 6

  *EVOLVE OR DISSOLVE 2 AND DO YOU HAVE A TEMPLATE*?                                     Another reason many have dissolved or gone extinct is that the visionary is unwilling to stretch.   They are not flexible or willing to change their ways; they prefer to stay the same. They don't want to be bothered with having to learn new things, meet new people, do it differently, or add a new twist to it.   It may even entail spending more money, and you may even risk losing money, clients, or staff.   Stretching entails a great deal; it challenges your brain, alters your thinking, is demanding, and entails a new level of commitment and responsibilities.   They are afraid of confronting new challenges because it is like starting over.Maybe you should be told that the world is no longer in its primitive state; it has grown beyond where it was when you arrived.    As it grows, things wear out and new things emerge because those who came before you accepted the challenge. It is a dangerous kind of mind-set because of its tendency to follow the bandwagon. To follow the crowd makes people to be lost in the crowd. If you don’t have a mind of your own, you will follow the mind of others. *Serving God is a matter of personal responsibility. When your responsibility towards God is personal, your results become possible.* In Scriptures, those who made impact with God and in their generation took personal responsibility. Hebrews 11: 1.  *Without faith, there is no future for the just.* Faith is one subject that is often misunderstood by many Christians. Some people believe that faith is a doctrine of a particular denomination or a group of Christians and so, they don’t have anything to do with it. Such people can say things like, “We are the holiness people. We are not the faith and prosperity people. We are the prayer people. Ours is not the line of faith and prosperity”. The truth is, there is nothing like that. Habakkuk 2:4 says,  …but the just shall live by his faith. So, provided you are not a sinner or a Godless person – whether you are a holiness person or a prayer person; whatever your affiliation, so long as you are just and want to live a quality life, it must be

I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. Psalm 32:5. *When sin is committed, the collateral damages are always dangerous and uncontrollable.* The Scripture makes it clear that sin goes beyond offending God with our actions. Many times, we think that sin starts and ends by our offending God with our actions.  Sin is the primary offence while the iniquity of sin is the secondary effect. The iniquity of sin refers to the collateral damages and ravages of sin particularly as it affects others. It is the perfect Will of God for us to be in perfect health and vitality.  However, once in a while, people slip into ill-health. At times, it may be due to carelessness. For example, someone may over eat or eat carelessly. Eating the wrong combination of food may cause ill-health. Psalms 139:14 *The fulfilment of destiny is a product of a combination of forces or factors.* It is a well-known fact that every product on earth is made of  a combination of forces, factors and raw materials.  For example, when they say a person is a medical doctor, it means that he must have been trained in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Micro-Biology and so on. The Word of God is key to the growth of the child of God in all areas of life and destiny. This is why the Bible makes it clear that as new born babies, we should desire the sincere milk of the Word of God so we may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2).  This means, the Word of God is necessary to the child of God the way fresh milk is necessary to a new born baby.
