SCRIPTURE: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: Genesis 12:2


 *Everybody is blessed to their capacity and willingness to bless their generation.*


It has been confirmed that one key to accessing the Blessing of God, which includes supernatural supplies, is existence as a blessing.


Genesis 12:2 says,


And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:


You must understand this: If you can be a blessing, no witch or wizard can stop you from being blessed. Everybody is blessed to their capacity and willingness to bless their generation. Sometime ago, someone sent me a text and said, “Please pastor, can I have your measurements and those of your wife?” When I asked him what the measurements are for, he said he wanted to make investment into our lives.


Then I told my wife that we could never recover from being clothed in life. 


Why did I say this? One day, I travelled for a meeting and my wife gave out our clothes as seed in my absence. She heard a powerful message and then decided to give out our clothes as seed. From that day, the harvest has not stopped. 


At another time, some rural pastors and ministers from a village visited me and when I looked at them and the condition of their appearance, I decided to sow some clothes into their lives and my wife was not around. They were nine men and one woman. I had about nine suits that I had not worn. So, I called my wife on phone to inform her that I had some people with me that needed to be imparted and I had only men’s clothes. She asked me, “What is the woman’s size?” and I said, “I don’t know.” She said, “In that case, it is wrapper material that should be given to such a person”.  We gathered all that together and gave them to the people. 


Beloved, make up your mind to be a channel of blessing. 


Remember  Everybody is blessed to their capacity and willingness to bless their generation.


1. Make up your mind to be a channel of blessing to others.


2. Sow positive seeds in the lives of people.


 The overflow is divinely commanded blessing or harvest. It is blessing under pressure - the blessing that looks for you instead of you looking for it. 


 Nothing grows in the Dead Sea because it does not receive and it does not release or flow out into another water body. Don’t let your life be dead. Be a blessing. 


PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to be a channel of blessing to my generation. Help me not to hold back from people the blessing due for them, Lord in Jesus Christ  Name.
