          *DIVINE FAVOUR*

SCRIPTURE: A Good name is rather to be Chosen than Great Riches, and loving favour rather than Silver and Gold -

*Proverbs 22:1*


Great Riches are Good for comfortable living, but better than riches is favour from above - *Proverbs 22:1*


In God's Favour is Life and Great Satisfaction - *Psalms 30:5; Deuteronomy 33:23*


*Favour is Delight, Pleasure, and Goodwill.*


Biblically, Favour from above is God's face Shinning upon an Individual - *Numbers 6:25*


*What happens when Favour is at work - Case Study of Isaac?*


*(1)* You are Singled out for Divine Help - *Genesis 26:2*


There was famine in the Land, and God Singled Isaac out Isaac for Help.


*(2)* Favour empowers a man to survive and Prospers in hard times - *Genesis 26:13*


Isaac waxed Great and went forward and grew in Famine.


The Favour of God made the children of Israel Multiply and grow in affliction - *Exodus 1:12*


*(3)* Favour ends Emptiness and makes a man Plenteous in Goods - *Genesis 26:14; Exodus 3:21*


*(4)* Favour attracts Resources you never worked for - *Genesis 26:12*


*(5)* Favour makes a man an Object of envy - *Genesis 26:14*


*Therefore, favour is rather to be Chosen than Silver and Gold.*


*Prayer:*

Father, Please make your face Shine upon me and make me Prosper in difficult times in Jesus Christ Name.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father. Jacob also Struggled with Laban, his Uncle.
