*ABRAHAM ENJOYED RESTORATION*

SCRIPTURE: Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a Prophet, and he shall Pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine - *Genesis 20:7*


Abraham in his journey in Life got to Gerar and discovered that the men of the Land did not fear the Lord.


Therefore, for the fear of being killed, he introduced Sarah his wife, as his sister. Abimelech, the King of Gerar, took Sarah to be his wife.


*Abraham, therefore suffered the the loss of his:*


*(1)* Spouse 


*(2)* Marriage 


*(3)* Relationship 


*(4)* Good thing - *Proverbs 18:22*


*(5)* Favour of the Lord - *Proverbs 18:22*


*When Abraham suffered the above losses, God worked behind the Scene to restore his losses.*


Our Anchor Scripture tells us why God restored his losses. 


*The Bible says, he is a Prophet and that he will Pray for Abimelech, who took his wife.*


*The following are the Qualities God found in Abraham that made him restore his losses:*


*(1)* As a Prophet, he had a Relationship with God - He was a friend of God - *James 2:23*


*(2)* As a Prophet, he hears from God - *John 10:27*


*(3)* As a Prophet, he was a Vessel unto Honour in God's Hand - *2 Timothy 2:20-21*


*(4)* As a Prophet, he revealed the Mind of God to men - He was a Blessing to Humanity.


*(5)* He Prayed for Abimelech who took his wife.


*Despite his losses, he was not hateful nor bitter* - *Matthew 5:44*


*Restoration is Guaranteed for whoever has the above Qualities.*


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Please empower me to Possess what it takes to enjoy All-Round Restoration in Jesus Christ mighty Name.
