*ACCESSING GOD'S SPEED*

SCRIPTURE: And the Hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel - *1 Kings 18:46 KJV*

*Good Speed is desirable, but God's Speed does much more and is the most desirable.*

Ahab enjoyed Good Speed with his Chariot, but Elijah enjoyed God's Speed with the Hand of God upon him - *1 Kings 18:46*

Abraham's Servant just Prayed to get Good Speed, but Elijah did much more than Praying to get God's Speed  - *Genesis 24:12*

*What must we do to access God's Speed?*

*From Elijah's Example, the following are important:*

*(1)* Stand to get God's Attention - *1 Kings 17:1*

God sees all, but only a few Stands to get His Attention.

*(2)* God's Word must Produce a Sound in the Life of those who will enjoy His Speed - *1 Kings 18:1,41*

*(3)* Praying while others are Feasting.

Ahab went to eat and drink, but Elijah went to the top of the Mount Carmel to Pray.

 - *1 Kings 18:42*

*(4)* Praying until the result is achieved. 

Many Pray, but only a few Pray until the result is achieved - *Daniel 10:12-13*

*(5)* Speaking out the Mind of God.

Elijah was speaking out to Ahab what God wanted him to do - *1 Kings 18:41,44*

*Preaching the Word in Season and out of Season is important to access His Speed.* 

*Earnest Prayer will Guarantee Good Speed, but Greater Sacrifice is required for God's Speed.*

*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Please empower me to Pay the Price of accessing Your Speed in Jesus Christ Name.
