*ARE YOU AVAILABLE?*

SCRIPTURE: I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me" - *Isaiah 6:8*
*In Luke 19:28-40,* the Glorious entry of our Lord Jesus Christ was an outstandingly beautiful and Ceremonious Part of His Earthly Ministry.
He rode upon a colt and men spread their garments upon the colt for Him to sit. They cut branches on the ground for the colt to ride upon, which today is likened to a red carpet entrance, with the People singing Hosannah in the Highest!
*One of the attractions of the Great Event was the treatment given to the colt.*
*It was beautified with Human garments, it did not walk on bare ground and enjoyed the same honour given to our Lord Jesus Christ.*
*This teaches us the Wonder of being a Carrier of the Presence of the Lord.*
*When the Lord finds a man who makes his heart and life a home for Him, such a man will be beautified. Men will be competing to bless him, even strangers will give him attention and Honour.*
*The most important benefit is that Jesus will ride on him to the Heavenly Jerusalem.*
Therefore, it is worthy to be like the colt Jesus rode upon. He is still looking for a man who Possesses the qualities of that colt?
*Let us see the qualities of the colt he rode upon:*
*(1)* It was tied down.
*This speaks of availability.*
When the Lord asked, "Who shall we send, and who will go for us?"
Isaiah said he was available - *Isaiah 6:8*
Are you available to be used of God?
*(2)* The colt willingly moved from its original owner to the Lord.
*We must be willing to walk away from the things competing for God's Position in our lives and yield ourselves to the Lord for His use* - *Romans 6:13*
The Bible says sin shall no longer have dominion over you - *Romans 6:14*
*(3)* The colt willingly carried the Lord.
Jesus said: "Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest for your soul" - *Matthew 11:29*
*(4)* It was ready to go anywhere with the Lord, without any struggling or complaining.
*It takes Absolute Trust and Submission to walk with Jesus all the way* - *1 Peter 5:6*
*(5)* When the colt was being dressed and given the Special Treatment, it did not change the colt's countenance or Service to the Lord.
The moon has no light of itself, but reflects the light of the sun.
*Therefore, no matter the Grace and Anointing of God upon our lives, no matter the Heights of Prestige He takes us to, we must always remember that we are only a "Reflection of His Glory". So, always return all the Glory to Him* - *Isaiah 42:8*
*Prayer:*
Father, help me to make myself available to You and Empower me to walk with You and be usable in Your hands, until the very end in Jesus Christ Name.
