*ENLARGEMENT IN CHALLENGING TIMES*

SCRIPTURE: And the man waxed Great, and went forward, and grew until he became very Great: *‭Genesis 26:13 KJV‬*


*Enlargement is the Covenant Right of every Believers.*


*A Believer may start small, but he is not expected to remain small* - *Job 8:7*


*Challenges are not meant to break the Covenant of Enlargement but Provide a Platform for a Believer's Fulfilment.* 


The Psalmist said the Lord has enlarged me in my distress - *Psalms 4:1*


When the Jews were facing the threat of Extermination in Shusan, Mordecai wrote that Enlargement and Deliverance will come to the Jews - *Esther 4:14*


He could see Enlargement in Challenging Times.


In our Bible Text above, Isaac enjoyed Enlargement in a Time of Great Famine - *Genesis 26:1*


*Let us take a look at Isaac's route:*


*(1)* Agreement with God.


• God told Isaac to not go down to Egypt, and he agreed.


• Agreement with God will put a man above the Prevailing Challenges. 


*(2)* Digging out the works of those who have gone before.


• The Bible says Isaac's Servants re-dug the well of Abraham, which the Philistines had filled with the Earth.


• We have a Cloud of many Witnesses - *Hebrews 12:1-2*


*(3)* Moving away from Esek.


• Esek is a Land of Contention or Dispute.


• The Bible says do Nothing with Murmurings and Disputing. 


*(4)* Relocate from Sitnah. 


• Sitnah is a Place of hatred. 


Hatred and Bitterness will work against Enlargement. 


*(5)* Increase  Capacity.


• Isaac said God has made Room for me. 


That was when his Enlargement began - *Isaiah 54:2-3*


*With the above as Driving Force, Enlargement can be a reality in Challenging Times.*.


*Prayer:*

Father, in the Name of Jesus, Please give me an All-Round Enlargement in Challenging Times in Jesus Christ Name.

Jacob was enlarged, and the Bible says, the man (Jacob) increased Exceedingly - *Genesis 30:43* The Enlargement of Jacob was with a lot of Struggles.  He Struggled with Esau, his brother, in the womb - *Genesis 25:22* Even when he was born, he continued to Struggle with Esau, for his Birthright.  Jacob, in his quest for Enlargement, deceived his father. Jacob also Struggled with Laban, his Uncle.
