*THE POWER OF 'IT IS WRITTEN*

SCRIPTURE: Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him - *Matthew 4:11*


*WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF APRIL THE FOUR MONTH OF THE YEAR 2025, IN THIS MONTH OF APRIL YOU WILL HAVE EXPECTED END IN JESUS CHRIST MIGHTY NAME AMEN*


Jesus was led into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 


The devil commanded Him to turn stone into bread but Jesus replied that it is written, man shall not live by bread alone but by every Words that Proceeds out of the mouth of God.


The devil came two other times and Jesus replied again saying it is written. 


The Bible records in our Text above that the devil left Him alone and the Angels came and ministered unto Him.


*This story illustrated the Power of it is written. Let us us take a look at what this means for us:*


(1) He overcame the wilderness experience.


In the journey of the children of God out of Egypt, the wilderness was in between Egypt and the Promised Land. 


It was an experience completely different from what they were Promised in Egypt. 


It was an experience of Pain, Hardship, Dryness, Lacking the essentials of life, sowing without harvesting etc. 


*Jesus Christ overcame this experience by the Power of it is written.*


We can likewise overcome our wilderness experience by this same Power of the Word. 


Are you facing great scarcity, remember it is written, my God shall Supply all your Needs according to His Riches in Glory by  Christ Jesus - *Philippians 4:19*


(2) He overcame the flesh.


Jesus had fasted for 40 days and nights, he was thereafter hungry and the flesh demanded for bread from stone. 


Jesus Christ resisted the flesh with the Power of it is written. 


The works of the flesh are made manifest, which are these: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings and such - *Galatians 5:19-21*


*Jesus Christ overcame the works of the flesh, we can also overcome by the Power of what is written.*


(3) He overcame Satan's transformation as an angel of light.


Satan was seen quoting the Scriptures - The Tempter transforming to an angel of light, 


Jesus Christ overcame him by the Power of the Word - *2 Corinthians 11:14*


*The Power of it is written will expose every enemy Pretending to be friends/*


(4) Satan left Him alone by the Power of it is written. 


*Confusion in our minds can be resolved through the Power of it is written.*


(5) Angel's Ministered unto Him.


*There is a great link between the Word and Angelic Ministrations.*


The Book of the Law shall not depart out thy mouth was the command of God to Joshua for  Good Success. 


*It is imperative that we commit the Word to heart so that we can freely say it is written.*


*No Force on Earth can overcome the Power of what is written.*


*Prayer:* 

Father, Please help me to daily Meditate on Your Word, so that it  will not depart from my mouth in Jesus Christ Name.
