  *RESPOND TO GRADUAL CHANGE AND DEMYSTIFY IT.*                                         As we all know, change is a constant in all spheres. It is progressive and not abrupt, yet people are occasionally taken off guard because they do not respond to it as it occurs. As a result, they became entangled in the web.   A frog is an animal that can react to quick changes but struggles to adjust to gradual changes. If you put a frog in boiling water, it will jump out rapidly since the water is at its boiling point. It can't handle it.   However, if you place a frog in a pot of water and gradually heat it up, the frog will acclimate to the growing water temperature until the water reaches boiling point and he is unable to escape.   We must be sensitive to change as a people. The problem with many of us is that we are not flexible. It must always be like it was in the beginning, and it will always be that way.   Even God modifies his plans. Everything that comes out of something is also safeguarded by it.   The absentee father is the source of the difficulties we face with this younger generation. The process of creating a baby, as well as that of rearing the child, necessitates the participation of both genders.    Let us take a cue from Judah, Jacob's son. He was the father of three sons.   *FOCUS ON THE ANSWER AND WHAT DO WE SAY TO THIS?*                                         I know of a couple who had a young girl stay with them. The young girl assists with household tasks and also looks after their children.   The girl is quite diligent, and the family is also doing their best. However, this couple's style of correction is a cause for concern. They don't hit her, but their weapon of warfare is in their mouth.   When she makes a mistake, there is nothing she will not be told. Those words must be uttered in a loud voice for you to understand them. She'll even get a new christening. The terrible aspect is that instead of focusing on how to fix the situation, the focus will be on her and the error she made.   Someone had to yell at the man one day to get him to focus on how to address the problem before it got out of hand.   It's part of their daily routine, and even their little children call her names to express their displeasure.   *DON'T RAISE YOUR BOYS IN THIS MANNER.*                           AND      THIS IS A BIG NO-NO.                                       I recently saw a post by a woman who stated that she must prepare fresh food every day so that her children do not consume stale food. There's nothing wrong with this as long as Mom is ready to help them out. However, the problem is that these same children do not even know how to boil water in order to save their own lives.   When asked if the children were learning how to cook, the answer was no. Her daughter is adjusting to kitchen labor, but her son, who adores machinery, is often buried in his books or rooms.   This is a ticking time bomb on its way to detonate. Let them know what it takes for them to live in comfort. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go - *John 11:44* This was the Message of our Lord Jesus to those who were there when He raised Lazarus from the grave. Lazarus came forth from the grave bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was bound about with a  grave cloth. This tells us that Deliverance from boundage is a combination of both the Natural and the Supernatural. This was also evidenced in the Deliverance of the mad man of Gadara.  When the mad man saw Jesus, he ran to meet Him and fell down to worship.  As he was worshipping, Jesus commanded the demons in him to leave and they left and his sanity was restored.   *MOBILE PHONE: BLESSING OR BURDEN.*                                           During our outreach last year, while moving from one end of town to the other, I heard a radio program on which the moderator was questioning a parent about their pregnant child.   My attention was drawn away from the program until a question was posed that enraged the vehicle's driver. He was quite irritated.   He started venting on us in the bus, and I thought some of his statements were humorous, and I wondered what was causing all of this.   However, he went on to say that this generation is truly out of place. This communication device, you see, is the bane of this generation.   According to him, it was easy to watch your children's actions in the past.You decide and control the level of interaction your ward has with the outside world, particularly with people of the opposite sex.   You can readily notice when anything is out of place, but your young child now has the ability to do

  WHEN THEY MESS UP AND IS THAT YOUR MOM?                                         When I was younger, I saw a movie in which a young girl from a nice Christian family, whom I'll name Besty, became lost in the crowd while attempting to identify with other people.   As a high school student, Besty became pregnant. She went back to school after carrying the baby to full term.   Through it all, she was aware that her family was dissatisfied with her actions, but their love for her remained undiminished, as evidenced by vocal and nonverbal communication.   She returned home one day, broken, and apologized to her family, realizing how much her parents loved her despite her mess.Because of how her issue was handled, that lady returned home.   Parents must recognize that when their children get themselves into a situation, it hurts their feelings, reputation, ego, and so on.
